Our construction management services are special advisory services where our team of professionals assist the project ownership in evaluating all aspects related to the general and subcontractors' performance and delivery of the project.

Our goal is to consistently maintain a superior level of quality and technical adherence to the design and engineering standards established for the construction.
We employ resources that ensure the success of the project, regardless of the construction management role with which RKI's services have been retained. Our expertise and service diversification allows us to go beyond the traditional role of construction management services that might otherwise be provided by either a Development Program Manager or a Project Architect.
Regardless of RKI's service role as stated above, we always develop and utilize Internet web sites that RKI's Digital Media Group develops that are "project specific" where centralized information can be efficiently accessed, traced & tracked, review & monitored, transmitted & exchanged, recorded & archived, for any use as necessary by the construction process and personnel. This is an invaluable, proven tool that has augmented the effectiveness of the personnel and other resources involved with every aspect of the construction delivery process.
We also provide "peer" review of the physical construction; the architecture and engineering documents; the internal review of contractor, developer, and owner representation and or management systems. These reviews have sometimes led to conclusions and recommendations that are not always what the ownership or team members may wish to hear. However, these reviews and recommendations have also saved our clients millions of dollars.
